Are you organized, enthusiastic, and motivated? We are seeking a friendly and well-presented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant. This role is essential in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
Location: All residential services locations

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Manage and maintain office filing systems.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails professionally.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Oversee internal system to manage casual staff across seven locations.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE IS SUBJECT TO AN ENHANCED DBS CHECK.
