Description:

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and Sage is a plus
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Prepare documents and organise filing system
  • Coordinate travel bookings
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks / Sage
  • Data entry and assisting the company accountant
