Description:

Performs a wide variety of administrative duties to support the shared services center in a fast paced and changing environment.

  • Compiles information, formats, prepares and distributes reports as required.
  • Provides confidential administrative support that may include screening calls and visitors, preparing expense reimbursement and check request forms, gathering routine information and maintaining confidential files.
  • Maintains confidentiality and privacy of all data, procedures, records, forms reports and any other sensitive information.
  • Provides backup support to other administrative staff, special project support and other duties as assigned.
  • Answers phone, takes messages, routes calls and assists callers when appropriate.
  • May order and maintain departmental supplies to ensure efficient supply of necessary items.
  • Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct
  • High school diploma. Associates degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of secretarial/administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, specific databases and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to exercise judgment in handling confidential/sensitive information.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong team player always willing to put the work, time and effort required to get the job done.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Task-oriented with high sense of urgency.
