Description:
Performs a wide variety of administrative duties to support the shared services center in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Compiles information, formats, prepares and distributes reports as required.
- Provides confidential administrative support that may include screening calls and visitors, preparing expense reimbursement and check request forms, gathering routine information and maintaining confidential files.
- Maintains confidentiality and privacy of all data, procedures, records, forms reports and any other sensitive information.
- Provides backup support to other administrative staff, special project support and other duties as assigned.
- Answers phone, takes messages, routes calls and assists callers when appropriate.
- May order and maintain departmental supplies to ensure efficient supply of necessary items.
- Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct
- High school diploma. Associates degree is preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of secretarial/administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, specific databases and systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to exercise judgment in handling confidential/sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong team player always willing to put the work, time and effort required to get the job done.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Task-oriented with high sense of urgency.
