Description:

GL Stone is a supplier of quality tile, fence, artificial turf, etc building materials.
We are looking for a new member to join the team as the Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative . The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of duties relating to the purchasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, executive level support and office administration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Completion of a diploma in accounting/finance from a recognized post-secondary institution is preferred
· Proficiency in QuickBooks
· Minimum 2 years customer service experience
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
· Experience maintaining websites and a good understanding of website design and functionality is an asset
. Inside sales experience is an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing
  • Processing and receiving payments
  • Assist Operation Manager
  • Creating and dispatching service orders
  • Ordering materials from suppliers
  • Receptionist Duties (Answer phone calls, ordering office supplies, filing etc.)
  • Uploading and managing website
  • Multi-task work
  • Managing social media and company website
  • Enter, track and reconcile incoming shipments
