REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excel Wizard: You are the Yoda of Excel. Creating detailed spreadsheets is second nature to you.
  • Efficiency is Key: Process paperwork efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner, contributing to the seamless operation of our finance department.
  • Professionalism: Always maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude, fostering a great work environment for you and your colleagues.
  • Versatility: Handle accounting files for various departments, making every day at Go Auto unique and challenging.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Balance and Accuracy: Keep our accounts and schedules in perfect harmony, ensuring that financial data is accurate and well-maintained.
  • Vehicle Deals: Play a critical role in our sales operations by posting vehicle deals, including new, used, wholesale, dealer trades, and fleet transactions.
  • Factory Program Money: Reconcile all factory program money schedules to vehicle sales, ensuring the financial health of our organization.
  • Invoicing Expertise: Post vehicle invoices into CDK, making sure all financial transactions are accounted for.
  • Commission Calculations: Calculate commissions to be paid accurately
  • Sales Support: Maintain sales-related schedules to help our team track their progress and success.
  • Financial Statements: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements through the reconciliation of various accounts, providing a clear picture of our financial performance.
  • Auditor Support: Assist in preparing fiscal year-end working papers for auditors, ensuring a smooth audit process.
