Description:
OVERVIEW
The Administrative Assistant provides assistance to the Associate Director, including all aspects of administrative support.

REQUIREMENTS
- An Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or at least six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety riles, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- The ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- The ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains confidential information including financial information.
- Types minutes, reports, etc. for the Associate Director as required.
- Provides support to various assigned committees by taking and distributing minutes, organizing and directing committees.
- Maintains filing system.
- Plans, coordinates and implements special events.
- Performs accounting clerical duties and special reporting.
- Responsible for monthly distribution of Resident Satisfaction Surveys, and entering of responses and data received.
- Assists with special projects as required.
- Maintains the confidentiality of all resident, staff and organization information.
