Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
  • Must have strong time management and organizational skills.
  • 1-2 years of admin experience
  • Experience in automotive industry is preferred but not required
    The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. This position is primarily paid on highly incentivized commission structure.
    The starting compensation is expected to be:
    $19.00 - $21.00

  • Light office cleaning
  • Handle all billing
  • Coordinate with drivers for pick up of vehicles
  • Process estimates for customer through project software system (*Training will be provided)
  • Inspect field estimates for proper photos and information
  • Ensure accounting and invoices are properly submitted and paid
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies
