JOB DESCRIPTION

Our office is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Document Control to join our team. You will provide essential administrative support, manage day-to-day operations and help ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The successful candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide support with daily office administration duties, including but not limited to bookkeeping, invoicing, correspondence and filing.
· Assist with project delivery, performing clerical, database management and document control and word processing tasks.
· Provide front line service with clients and general inquiries.
· Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, proposals and other documents.
· Maintaining office supplies and managing inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
· College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is essential.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines, and scanners).
