Description:
Position Summary: Provide administrative support to service coordinators and program managers in a highly organized and efficient manner. Primary duties include, but not limited to data entry, collecting, copying, faxing, tracking, filing, and distributing and/or mail documentation.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Data entry, collecting, copying, faxing, filing, distributing and/or mail documentation.
- Tracking regulated benchmarks for annual audits
- Customer service and problem solving for families served by the department
- Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- Associates degree or equivalent preferred
- A minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or related preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems.
Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrate a commitment to The Moore Center’s values.
- Comply with all state, agency and department policies and procedures.
- Possess strong time management and organization skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and ensure timely follow through.
- Ability to complete basic calculations.
- Ability to work independentlyandaspart of an inter-disciplinary team.

- Interact effectively with people of varied educational, socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds, skill levels and value systems.

- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to master new software.
