Our client, a Canada-based accounting firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to manage workflows, client communications, and financial tasks. This role involves supporting bookkeeping, implementing AI-driven processes, and assisting with marketing initiatives. This is a full-time role. Ideally, we need someone who can work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Assign and monitor staff workflows; manage billable hours.
- Handle invoicing, direct deposits, and light bookkeeping.
- Coordinate client communications and appointments.
- Maintain client files and document management systems.
- Implement and support accounting software and AI tools.
- Assist with marketing and client outreach.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior administrative experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Excellent English skills
