Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provide administrative support to branch staff and management
- Perform basic bookkeeping functions
- Review and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail
- Match packing slips to invoices and code for distribution
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence materials for the management team
- May provide information to customers such as statements, POD’s, etc.
- May provide support to corporate head office
- May answer and direct inbound calls to the branch
- Other duties as assigned.
What We Require:
- 1-2 years of experience in an office administration role preferred
- Post secondary education in business administration preferred
- Excellent Customer Service skills – dedicated to exceeding expectations of internal and external customers.
- Strong written and verbal skills – ability to write and speak succinctly with customers and colleagues.
- Basic to proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (email, word, excel) and ability to learn in-house systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and capable of meeting deadlines
- Able to work in a primarily sedentary role in an open concept office space with limited lifting to 20 lbs
- Heavy duty parts knowledge or background an asset
