Job Summary
Under the direction of the Manager, the Inventory Administrative Assistant is responsible to efficiently manage and direct fueling activities to deliver high quality services to our customers.
Responsibilities
Processing fuel issues, receipts, and sales data transactions using Fuel Manager (FM) database
Reconciliation of fuel inventory discrepancies
Maintaining an up-to-date back up of crucial data for
Verifying and entering the fuel in the database
Managing fuel inventory and insuring constant positive inventory balance for suppliers and airlines
Preparing and submission of inventory reports to the customers.
Coding Invoices
Updating data
Copying/scanning documents and filling
Any other tasks requested by the manager
Qualifications Required
Minimum one year experience in service or related field;
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Ability to work in a team environment;
Must possess strong organizational and multi tasking skills;
Experience with Microsoft Office;
Customer focus and quality awareness;
Must be able to work flexible working hours (day, evening, night and week-end).
