Description:

Fugran Singapore Pte Ltd is looking for an Administrative Assistant who will take care of several tasks assisting the Company Director.

Tasks include -but are not limited to-:

  • Issuing of documents
  • Delivery of documents locally via courier such as Grab or Lalamove
  • Invoicing clients and following up overdue invoices
  • Contact with suppliers including appointing services, following up and issuing service reports for clients
  • Reporting and registering expenses on accounting system
  • Registering service orders and following up as services are performed
  • General assistance on administrative duties
