As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing exceptional support to our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Sitting at the centre of the team, you offer a broad range of admin and support services to the Business and Management. Aiming to deliver a high level of customer service and maintain productive and creditable working relationships.
- The standard part of your role involves answering queries via email and over the phone. You draw on your superb communication skills and ability to be detailed in written correspondence to help you deliver excellent work
- Provide a centralised screening service for KYC (Know Your Client) requirements and international financial sanctions. Being efficient in the client and trading partner on boarding processes, working to deliver all activities within the agreed Service Level Agreement timeframes.
- Servicing / monitoring the Partner Assurance Group Mail Inbox volumes
About you:
- Educated to secondary school standard or equivalent.
- An awareness of KYC and Knowledge of Lloyd’s and London Markets would be exceptionally helpful.
- You must be able to work well under pressure and without supervision, and have an excellent attitude towards new challenges!
- Keen and confident to prioritise and organise your own workload.
- Happy to talk to people that you do not know over the telephone, keen to build strong, long-lasting business relationships.
- Confident writing and constructing emails, letters and other correspondence as needed.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
- Eligible to work in the UK
