ABOUT US
The Ministry of Advanced Education provides leadership and resources to foster a high-quality post-secondary education and training system that responds to the needs of Saskatchewan people and the economy.
The Sector Management and Relations branch plays a key role in regulating private vocational schools, acting as the primary liaison between the ministry and the various post-secondary educational institutions, and providing Secretariat support to the Saskatchewan Higher Education Quality Assurance Board.
Responsibilities:
- Formatting, proofreading, editing, drafting and managing a variety of correspondence and government documents (letters, e-mails, tables, forms, briefing material, reports, presentations and other items).
- Calendar management, scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel, catering and equipment arrangements.
- Verifying and processing invoices and expense claims.
- A variety of office management tasks, including maintaining manual and electronic filing and tracking systems, archiving, photocopying and scanning documents and responding to telephone inquiries.
- Ensuring compliance with government administrative policies and procedures
