Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties including, but not limited to: reception, filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing and mailing
- Working independently and within a team environment to support the client service staff to produce high quality client deliverables
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite in order to review and assemble financial statements, tax returns, correspondence, proposals and presentations in accordance with firm standards and branding
- Preparation of letters and reports using firm templates in compliance with Firm standards
- Proof-read, review for quality and verify content before finalizing any client deliverables
- Scan documents and embed in electronic file
- Welcome clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Participate in training and stay current with GT software
- Provide billing support using various Grant Thornton systems and in accordance with the terms of the engagement letter
- Organize information and maintain CRM database for marketing purposes using our contact relationship management software
- Coordinating internal/external meetings, room bookings, meals/catering and events, video conferences
