Description:
Hallmark Sports Australia is a Wetherill Park based sports and uniform company that services clients Australia-wide. The branches of Hallmark Sports Australia (Legea Australia, Markka Football, Unipro Australia, Hallmark Total Uniform Solutions) are a multi-part, Australian-based company that specializes in technical sports apparel and gear for on and off field use.
Hallmark acts as the administration side of the company: primarily managing corporate and business accounts. Legea Australia is the official Australian distributor of Italian sportswear brand Legea, bringing a fine range of stock garments for consistent availability. Unipro focuses on custom apparel, with an inhouse capability to bring garments from concept to reality with a matter of hours. Markka Football is focused on training aids, portable goals, bags and equipment.
The partnership between these brands allows the Hallmark Sports brands to offer a comprehensive and compelling range of products. We are the “one-stop-shop” for stock and custom apparel, embroidery, screenprinting, sublimation, vinyl and digital printing technology. With over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and production, we provide solutions all across the uniform business.
In this exciting period of growth, we are seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator to join our creative, fast-paced business to support our growth of B2B & D2C sales. This position is in-house in Wetherill Park. Reliable transportation will be needed to get to the business, as public transportation to the area is inconsistent.
Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU CAN EXPECT TO:
- Report directly to the Operations Manager to assist in streamlining the production flow
- Create and Edit client invoices to accurately provide sales information to the necessary production team
- Collate information from multiple teams to aid in management of production
- Provide up to date and accurate information to project stakeholders
- Receive project-based inventory, count stock and assign to areas of production
- Work in an engaging and fast-paced work environment

BENEFICIAL SKILLS FOR THE ROLE (NOT REQUIRED):
- Experience with MYOB for Invoicing or similar Accounting Software
- Knowledge of Graphics Formats (PNG, JPG, SVG, EPS, PDF, etc.) and Qualities
