Description:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Experience Required: 3-5 Years
Salary: $55k-$63k
Work Authorization: U.S. citizenship or a valid green card is required.
Education Required: High School Diploma and 3-5 years of work experience at the executive level or education equivalent.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced executive-level environment or equivalent, with a proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of working with a diverse range of personalities.
  • Adaptable to the evolving needs and responsibilities of the workplace.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in calendar management.
  • Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Expertly manage the CEO’s complex calendars and schedules.
  • Coordinate and schedule all internal and external meetings and commitments using Microsoft Office.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive, employees, and clients.
  • Arrange international and national travel logistics.
  • Prepare and submit monthly expense reports on behalf of the executive.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members.
  • Provide backup assistance for various administrative tasks as needed.
