Description:
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Experience Required: 3-5 Years
Salary: $55k-$63k
Work Authorization: U.S. citizenship or a valid green card is required.
Education Required: High School Diploma and 3-5 years of work experience at the executive level or education equivalent.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced executive-level environment or equivalent, with a proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of working with a diverse range of personalities.
- Adaptable to the evolving needs and responsibilities of the workplace.
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in calendar management.
- Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities:
- Expertly manage the CEO’s complex calendars and schedules.
- Coordinate and schedule all internal and external meetings and commitments using Microsoft Office.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive, employees, and clients.
- Arrange international and national travel logistics.
- Prepare and submit monthly expense reports on behalf of the executive.
- Communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Collaborate closely with other team members.
- Provide backup assistance for various administrative tasks as needed.
