Description:
Administrative Assistant will be required to perform both document production and administrative support to various partners and associates.
POSITION SPECIFIC SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Solid experience in Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
- Solid organizational skills and electronic record-keeping (i-Manage Work)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn new systems
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail

EDUCATION AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint
- i-Manage document management, a plus
- Preferred experience, 3+ years

Responsibilities:
- Provide both written and verbal bilingual (English and Spanish) support to attorneys
- Protect firm and client confidentiality
- Maintenance of Outlook Contacts and Calendar
- Ability to schedule Microsoft Teams conference calls and internal/external meetings.
- Telephone support to paired attorneys
- Monitor incoming mail (distribute or handle appropriately)
- Attorney time entry (3E Workspace)
- Client onboarding (InTapp new matter memos/engagement letters)
- Client billing (3E Proforma) and occasional proofreading in Spanish
- Processing of expense reports and invoices through Chrome River
- Handle domestic/international travel arrangements
