Description:

Administrative Assistant will be required to perform both document production and administrative support to various partners and associates.

POSITION SPECIFIC SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Solid experience in Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
  • Solid organizational skills and electronic record-keeping (i-Manage Work)

EDUCATION AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • College degree
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint
  • i-Manage document management, a plus
  • Preferred experience, 3+ years

Responsibilities:

  • Provide both written and verbal bilingual (English and Spanish) support to attorneys
  • Protect firm and client confidentiality
  • Maintenance of Outlook Contacts and Calendar
  • Ability to schedule Microsoft Teams conference calls and internal/external meetings.
  • Telephone support to paired attorneys
  • Monitor incoming mail (distribute or handle appropriately)
  • Attorney time entry (3E Workspace)
  • Client onboarding (InTapp new matter memos/engagement letters)
  • Client billing (3E Proforma) and occasional proofreading in Spanish
  • Processing of expense reports and invoices through Chrome River
  • Handle domestic/international travel arrangements
