We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team to work in our Stony Stradford´s Office, in Milton Keynes.
This is a Permanent, Full Time, Hybrid Position.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) .
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Accountability knowledge.
- Payroll knowledge.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred).
