Description:
Dakota State University is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant I to provide essential support to both the Governors Cyber Academy and Project Boundary Fence teams. This role involves not only administrative tasks but also comprehensive management of grants for both teams.

Responsibilities:
- Grant Management: Assist in all phases of the grant and sponsored funding process, including researching and identifying funding opportunities, preparing and submitting applications, and ensuring compliance and reporting requirements are met.
- Administrative Support: Oversee daily business operations, including processing travel reimbursements, ordering supplies, maintaining calendars, collecting accreditation evidence, and managing communications via email and phone.
- Event Coordination: Contribute to the planning, organization, and execution of both on-campus and off-campus outreach and enrichment activities.
