Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

IEM is looking for a Full Time- Administrative Assistant.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently None

CURRENT KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Working Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree a plus
  • 5+ years’ experience working as an executive assistant for executive level official or corporate officer.
  • Experienced, energetic, highly motivated, self-motivated dependable person
  • Must be comfortable in fast paced environment.
  • Bilingual Spanish and English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years’ experience in a finance/accounting environment preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task a must.
  • Candidate should have demonstrated written and communication skills and should feel extremely comfortable with computers.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating all aspects of office administration, including executive-level administrative support (e.g., telephone support, creation of general correspondence, typing, filing, mailing, scheduling, and other administrative duties).
  • Critical reader, capable of understanding and adhering to complex internal policies, industry standards, and government regulations.
  • The ideal candidate will be polished and professional, with demonstrated communication and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of corporate level office practices must also be comfortable with the corporate and customer environment.
  • Must be a self-starter who is confident in their abilities and willing to take the initiative.
  • Creating, executing, and sustaining a viable system for managing schedules
  • Keeping track of project deadlines and schedules
