Description:

Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $18.32 - Midpoint: $21.97 (Hourly N4)
Department/Organization: 301105 - Development
Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm
Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant II provides administrative support for the operations of unit. Performs moderately complex and well documented administrative tasks. Acts as office liaison/receptionist. Receives and routes phone calls, emails, and/or guests.
Additional Department Summary: Provides program support for the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations. Exhibits the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in interactions with donors, alumni, and staff at all times.
Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of administrative experience; OR associate’s degree or higher.
Skills and Knowledge: Basic knowledge in the usage of personal computers and standard applications software (word processing, spreadsheet and/or database management programs). Good organizational, time management, communication, and public relation skills. Ability to maintain strict standard of confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications: Institutional knowledge.
