DESCRIPTION

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior administrative/customer service experience preferred
  • Well versed in managing incoming calls simultaneously on multiple line phone system. Being able to direct calls to appropriate division or team member
  • Committed to provide exceptional customer service to clients and coworkers

Responsibilities:

  • Manage positive guest experiences
  • Answer phones and return messages timely
  • Assist with general office equipment and needs
  • Data entry and maintaining files (Scan event files to server, VIP file, tasting photos)
  • Coordinate menu and beverage requests for internal events and meetings.
  • Process customer refunds and send customer requests to operations team
  • Miscellaneous clerical needs
  • Willingness to travel to client locations
  • Educate guests on product offerings
