We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in real estate to support our operations and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functions.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in the real estate industry.
  • Education: Diploma or degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with real estate management software is an asset.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in property management tasks such as lease administration, tenant communication, and documentation.
  • Maintain and organize real estate files, contracts, and transaction records.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for real estate projects.
  • Conduct research on market trends, property listings, and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and legal teams for real estate transactions and property maintenance.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and answering inquiries.
