QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- 2-year community college diploma in Business Management/Administration
Experience:
- 4 years providing administrative support in a business office setting
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant acts as the first point of contact for the Dean’s Office, welcoming visitors, answering, and directing inquiries in person, via email or telephone. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the smooth operations of the Dean’s Office, including monitoring and ordering office supplies and catering services.
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Associate Dean, Research, Director of Culture and Inclusion and the Director of Strategic Initiatives, through calendar management and a variety of administrative duties.
The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Dean’s Office support team and provides back-up when required to maintain seamless support to Dean’s Office leadership.
