JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will support daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of the office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support special projects and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
