J Davis Inc is now seeking an Administrative Assistant. This position is an integral part of the business operations team facilitating client and team communication, providing excellent customer service, supporting delivery of employee focused events and ensuring smooth internal operations
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
- Customer service oriented and able to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
- Effective written and verbal communication with all employees, clients and leadership
- Must possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, be able to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Highest level of discretion and integrity and the ability to handle and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to set and adhere to realistic deadlines and work effectively yet maintain flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills. Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
