Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
To our client we are now looking for an Administrative Assistant! In the role you will ensure high quality, process alignment and proper documentation according to SOP´s in relation to outlined administrative tasks. This includes managing administration for HPR payments, Sponsorships, Auscultations, other Fee For Service agreements within Business Operations as well as act as support for Managing Director for tasks such as calendar management and expense reporting.
The Administrative Assistant manages administration, documentation and communication related to above outlined areas, collaborating internally and externally to ensure process adherence and finalization of tasks in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You have a bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- You have 1-3 years of work experience in comparable role.
- You have strong skills in Microsoft Office.
- Experience from healthcare, pharmaceutical or similar industry is preferred.
- Experience of working with financial and/or CRM systems is preferred.
- You are fluent in English and Swedish in speech and writing.
