POSITION SUMMARY:

Are you passionate about providing excellent administrative support and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors? Join our team at KCR Community Resources as an Administrative Assistant! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, manage front desk operations, and provide essential administrative support across various KCR programs. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining efficient operations and delivering outstanding service to participants.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completion of an Office Administration course or two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of community resources and agencies, particularly those serving at-risk or marginalized populations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, cross-cultural, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and multi-task effectively.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and assertiveness.
  • Commitment to professional boundaries and self-care.
