Description:

WHAT WE WILL BE NEEDING FROM YOU:

  • Computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. This includes MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other JDE applications as may be necessary.
  • Good communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong prioritization, planning, and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment and telephone systems.

  • Ability to use phone systems and quickly learn new software.
  • Minimum High School Diploma. associate degree or college coursework preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform office duties as required by position and other duties as assigned.
  • Make reservations and travel arrangements for managers, manage calendars and appointment schedules, set up conference calls, maintain company directories, and aid in agendas and scheduling of events.
  • Provides clerical/administrative support, including composition and preparation of routine correspondence and business letters, presentations, and other computer software applications.
  • Prepares and coordinates mail, faxes, express packages, photocopying, and basic editing and in-house publishing of business documents.
  • Maintains electronic files and databases.
  • Maintain and protect confidential information related to operations and personnel.
