Your tasks:
- Invoice control, processing, and expense budget monitoring (IST vs. BP)
- Ordering office supplies, individual office furniture, and managing internal AS
- Managing incoming tickets, GA email account, and allocation to GA members
- Supporting shipping operations and acting as deputy shipping clerk during absences
- Assisting caretaker with planning tasks and monitoring task execution and ticket status
- Internal communication (intranet posts) and visitor registration, coordination with external suppliers
- Organizational support for planning and executing company events
Your profile:
- Experience in office administration
- Strong hands-on mentality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English and German is a plus
- Administration and support skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
