Date Position Available: Immediate
Description of the Position:
As an important team member, you will have the opportunity to excel working in a fast-paced environment meeting time sensitive deadlines in the support of our world-wide customer base.
Duties include supporting management and marine surveyors throughout the marine survey process, from receiving field assignments, supporting the survey staff, completing deliverables, closing files, and preparing customer invoices. The position requires excellent oral and written communications skills with fellow employees, customers, and industry partners.
Sabine is committed to the use of technology, you will use multiple software platforms including Office 365, SharePoint, ERP Jamis Prime, and company proprietorial software.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Associate degree in Business Administration and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and cloud storage helpful.
  • Experience in the marine industry is a plus.
  • Possess a strong knowledge of proper English usage, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
