Responsibilities:
PRIMARY PURPOSE
The Marketing & Communications Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the marketing and communications efforts of Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in graphic design, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining a consistent and effective online and offline presence for the organization. The ideal candidate will manage monthly partner letters, oversee social media and website updates, provide general administrative support, and update various marketing templates.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monthly Partner Letters:
- Design, write, and send monthly partner letters, ensuring professional presentation and alignment with ATCCC’s message and branding.
- Coordinate with departments to gather updates, impact stories, and relevant information.
- Manage and maintain mailing lists, ensuring accurate distribution to partners and donors.
- Social Media & Online Presence Management:
- Oversee social media platforms, scheduling posts, creating content, and engaging with followers to increase brand awareness.
- Ensure ATCCC’s website and Google Business profiles are regularly updated with current information, events, and services.
- Track analytics and social media performance, providing insights to improve engagement and outreach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content and campaigns that align with ATCCC’s mission.
- General Administrative Support:
- Manage marketing-related photos, advertisements, and promotional materials for various campaigns and events.
- Organize calendars, schedules, and event timelines for the marketing department, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
- Assist in administrative duties related to advertising, event planning, and communication with external vendors.
- Marketing Template Updates:
- Update and maintain marketing templates for employment emails, job ads, graduation templates, certifications, business cards, and other promotional materials.
- Design and format marketing materials to ensure consistency with ATCCC’s branding guidelines.
- Create visually appealing and effective graphic design elements for both print and digital platforms.
- In-House Communications Email:
- Develop and manage in-house communications emails for staff and partners, ensuring clear, professional, and timely messaging.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure all internal and external communications reflect the organization’s values and objectives.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in creating content for newsletters, brochures, and event promotions.
- Provide administrative support for marketing meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Manage vendor relationships for printing and promotional materials.
Qualifications: - Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
- Proven experience in an administrative or marketing support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- A passion for ministry and alignment with the mission of Adult & Teen Challenge.
