At Obton, one of Europe’s largest players in the solar energy market, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to cover a maternity leave from January 2025 to September 2026, with the possibility of extension. You will play a key role in ensuring our Warsaw office runs smoothly and efficiently.
PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

DESIRED COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor’s degree, especially in Finance or Economics, is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Basic knowledge of key administrative procedures.
- A structured and service-minded approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
Experience in the following areas is an advantage:
- Managing land lease contracts and communication with landowners.
- Handling local tax matters
Responsibilities:
YOUR PRIMARY TASKS
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Polish team in Warsaw. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming and outgoing post.
- Scanning and archiving documentation.
- Handling internal administrative documentation.
- Providing support and interfacing with other departments.
- General back-office support.
Experience in the following areas is an advantage:
- Managing land lease contracts and communication with landowners.
- Handling local tax matters.
