REQUIREMENTS:
- Two (2) year diploma in Office Administration from a community college or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two (2) years of relevant experience
- Ability to create and maintain databases and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly effective communicator who excels in articulating ideas clearly, both in writing and speaking, and demonstrates the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities and work within deadlines
- Minute taking skills an asset
- Medical Terminology certificate an asset
- Embodies the LEAN ideology by actively and continually seeking opportunities for continuous improvement
- Must have demonstrated ability to meet the attendance standards of the Hospital
- Bilingualism preferred (French/English)
