Reid & Wright Advertising Ltd. and The Meridian Source are on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join us full-time. If you excel in customer service and love working with people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly. You’ll handle a variety of important tasks, from greeting clients to supporting our accounting team.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the friendly face of our office: answer phone calls, greet clients, and assist with inquiries
  • Foster strong customer relationships and provide top-notch service
  • Handle clerical tasks like filing, word processing and photocopying
  • Process transactions, post receipts, and reconcile daily deposits
  • Assist with ad set-ups, classifieds, subscriptions, and more
  • Prepare and sort mail before publication
  • Assist with accounts receivable, invoicing, and follow up with customers
  • Keep our reception area organized and welcoming
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team
