Mission Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the Sales team. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this position will provide support with administration, contract management, conveyancing and building completions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain more knowledge and experience with Kelowna real estate!
This is a full-time head office position, located in Kelowna, BC. The hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:00.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and realtors, including in person (if required) and/or over the phone with the utmost level of professionalism.
- Support the sales manager in reviewing new legal document drafts.
- Email and track disclosure statement amendments.
- Complete purchase and sale agreement audits to confirm accuracy.
- Track and confirm realtor commission payments through Avesdo and/or Salesforce.
- Manage homeowner requests for assignments, audit assignment listings and file all assignments with myLTSA.
- Update assignee/assignor information in Salesforce.
- Assist the sales team with sales launches in presentation centres.
- Support by filling in at the presentations centre(s) if required occasionally during open hours.
- Provide administrative support to our on-site sales advisors and administrators.
- Communicate with closing legal team and in-house finance team regarding property title transfers.
- Collect deposits (tracking & sending receipts) through Salesforce.
- Fintrac management.
- Update price sheets as required by manager.
- Additional duties as required.
