Description:
NATURE OF WORK
Provide administrative support services for office, including the support of corporate services team which includes Human Resources, Information Technology, and Marketing departments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Efficient in Microsoft office programs
- Proactive in thinking through processes and procedures to troubleshoot issues or concerns.
- Attention to Detail and organizational skills.
- Professional and Articulate in written and verbal communications.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
EXPERIENCE
- Three to five years or more related work experience required.
- Previous administrative support experience preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as general administrative support resource for the office.
- Support several executives and respective departments with daily administrative tasks including; managing calendar scheduling and appointments, expense reports, arranging travel plans, itineraries and agendas, and compiling documents for meetings.
- Create and update files of various kinds; for example, documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Assist with event planning; office celebrations, annual holiday party, summer outing, Friday breakfasts, monthly anniversary/birthday celebrations, etc.
- Maintain conference room appearance by stocking necessary items, organizing, and preparing for meetings.
- Perform other administrative activities such as answering and directing phone calls, distributing mail, responding to emails, filing, typing, and working with internal and external clients.
- Manages inventory and ordering of office supplies and maintains office equipment.
- Greets visitors and directs visitors.
- Exercise initiative or, as directed, perform additional duties to meet the needs of the organization.
