OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in working with the Accreditation Team, to update policy manuals and looking up information on internet for best practices, ensuring that administrative tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in various office technologies such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Email.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a administrative assistant in office setting preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience with proofreading documents to ensure high-quality communication.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls using phone systems.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in computerized systems.
  • Resolving inquiries and issues and concerns.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Support the Accreditation Coordinator and members of the various teams where necessary.
  • Maintain an organized office environment by managing supplies and equipment.
