Responsibilities:
- Schedule tentative appointments of top management without prior clearance
- Review outgoing materials and correspondence for internal consistency and conformance with supervisor’s procedure.
- Collect information from the files or appropriate personnel for routine inquiries on office program or periodic reports.
- Explain to subordinate or branch/office personnel supervisor’s requirements concerning office procedure
- General business support function as assigned
Qualifications:
- Great computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
