Responsibilities:

  • Schedule tentative appointments of top management without prior clearance
  • Review outgoing materials and correspondence for internal consistency and conformance with supervisor’s procedure.
  • Collect information from the files or appropriate personnel for routine inquiries on office program or periodic reports.
  • Explain to subordinate or branch/office personnel supervisor’s requirements concerning office procedure
  • General business support function as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Great computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience.
