Description:
Join Noorka Logistics in Dubai as an Administrative Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our Administration Department. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills who can efficiently manage daily administrative tasks and provide top-notch support to ensure smooth office operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Professionalism in collaborating with various managerial levels and other team members.
- Excellent time management skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capability to implement standard office procedures and practices.
- Ability to operate office equipment and maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the Administration Department.
- Answer main company phone lines and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments.
- Serve as the primary receptionist for visitors and customers.
- Review and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings as required.
- Create and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
- Write and edit documents ranging from letters to reports and instructional documents.
- Support main office functions by monitoring office inventory, ordering supplies, maintaining calendars, and handling various other assignments as needed.
- Issue purchase orders for supplies and consumables.
- Download and prepare reports on Etisalat and DEWA usage.
- Consistently follow up to ensure documents and reports are processed in a timely manner.
- Arrange business trips according to business requirements.
