Description:

Join Noorka Logistics in Dubai as an Administrative Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our Administration Department. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills who can efficiently manage daily administrative tasks and provide top-notch support to ensure smooth office operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Professionalism in collaborating with various managerial levels and other team members.
  • Excellent time management skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capability to implement standard office procedures and practices.
  • Ability to operate office equipment and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the Administration Department.
  • Answer main company phone lines and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments.
  • Serve as the primary receptionist for visitors and customers.
  • Review and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings as required.
  • Create and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Write and edit documents ranging from letters to reports and instructional documents.
  • Support main office functions by monitoring office inventory, ordering supplies, maintaining calendars, and handling various other assignments as needed.
  • Issue purchase orders for supplies and consumables.
  • Download and prepare reports on Etisalat and DEWA usage.
  • Consistently follow up to ensure documents and reports are processed in a timely manner.
  • Arrange business trips according to business requirements.
