Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Western Plains & Far West Home Health team – with the role located at our Nyngan branch.
Ideally you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be focussed on providing high customer service standards and be able to effectively multitask. We use various computer programs so being proficient across various systems is integral as well as the ability to support various stakeholders.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Being the first point of contact for our customers & stakeholders
  • Key reception duties including answering & transferring calls and managing emails
  • Provide administrative support to the Branches and Leadership team
  • Maintain and update accurate data entry
  • Manage any stock ordering and inventory for the Branch
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required by the Service Centre Manager
