JOB SUMMARY:

As the Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and managing daily office operations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our office and ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Knowledge of basic HR procedures and practices is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals
  • Manage and maintain executive calendars and schedule appointments
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Maintain and update company records and databases
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of expense reports
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and troubleshoot any issues
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding and employee records
  • Coordinate and organize company events and meetings
  • Other duties and projects as assigned by management
