Description:

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Mature individual required for administrative support and to perform a variety of general accounting tasks in a fast paced working environment at our Mississauga office.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • QuickBooks experience is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license is an asset
  • Verbal and written communication skills a must.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task a must
  • Requires minimum 2-3 years’ experience

Responsibilities:

  • Billing; including invoice generation, providing project specific financial data to the consultant team as required, A/R follow ups when required.
  • Support to the consultant team
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone and fax messages. Take adequate messages when required
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, trainings and social events
  • Assigning and tracking project numbers as required
  • Compile data and prepare a variety of reports, if required.
  • Recommend actions to resolve discrepancies.
  • Investigate questionable data.
  • Other administrative duties as required.
