ABOUT YOU

We are currently looking for a seasonal Receptionist / Clerical support with minimum of 2 years of relevant office experience. The position would run 8 to 10 weeks from late February through the end of April. Hours are flexible but there are evening and weekend shifts required. There is also opportunity for casual work and vacation replacement throughout the year.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
· Providing exceptional customer service to a wide array of clients,
· Office duties, including file assembly, file management, preparation of client invoices and statements,
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Superior customer relations and communication (oral and written) skills that allow you to thrive in a team environment;
- Good computer skills and a working knowledge of MS Office products
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multitasked, fast-paced and changing environment and the ability to work on multiple engagements concurrently.
