Description:

NSB Omega is searching for an Administrative Assistant for out MAJOR Oil & Gas Client in St. John’s NL.

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

Provide administrative support to the Director of Developments as well as the Developments Team. Also, provide support to Finance, Human Resources, Communications and Facilities/Office Services.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certificate in Business Administration or Office Administration
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience working in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Experience with SAP/Concur considered an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative assistance to the Director of Developments and the team managers in Finance, Human Resources, Communications and Facilities/Office Services.
  • Onboard new hires including employees, contractors and co-op students ensuring access to required Cenovus applications and drives as well as assigning work space.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, etc.
  • Create requisitions in SAP and troubleshoot problem areas as required.
  • P-Card Purchase Requests
  • Maintain a stock of stationary supplies.
  • Records Management (HDMS)
  • Prepare documents and presentations, including weekly and monthly reports
  • Maintaining calendar and scheduling meetings
