Description:

This position interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and service, and to prepare invoices and quotations. Also updating QuickBooks and inventory, following up with orders and status update to clients.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • High school diploma
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to set priorities and work effectively under pressure of deadlines
  • Good team player to work collaboratively in a team environment

ADDITIONAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous customer service and warehouse management an asset
  • Fluency in Second language is an asset
    Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $17.50 - $23.00/hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative / operational support to the sales team
  • Prepare quotation, sales orders and invoices
  • Procurement
  • Shipment booking
  • Coordinate closely with the warehouse department for stock replenishment
  • Monitor online retail platforms
  • Coordinate with customers on after-sales follow-up and inquiries
  • Responsible for general administrative and clerical duties
  • Other duties as required
