We are currently looking for a dedicated and organized individual who aligns with our values of sincerity, commitment to quality, responsiveness, friendliness and a can-do attitude to fill the role of an Administrative Assistant with our Head Office team at Edmonton, AB location.
Responsibilities:
Representative and promoter of the Paris Jewellers Brand.
Answer incoming calls and assist with receptionist duties.
Greet guests with a positive and energetic attitude both in person and on the phone.
Respond to questions and requests from stores and customers in a timely manner.
Assist with customer service request, complaints and celebration
Assist with shipping and receiving for stores and manufacturers.
Assist in the distribution and shipping of marketing material.
Distribute mail.
Assist with stock transfers and preparing manifests with high level of accuracy.
Assist with tagging merchandise.
Data entry.
Maintaining stock and inventory control.
Ensure daily operations are completed and to standard.
Participate in and complete all training and development programs.
Participate in and maintain cleanliness.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Maintain a high level of accountability.
Always act in the best interest of the company.
General office support.
Other duties as required.
