Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent (e.g. other vocational qualification)
  • Previous experience in administrative role
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of other languages (e.g. German) is an advantag

Responsibilities:

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support for the senior leaders of Sandoz Technical Operations-STO (Global Head of Quality, Head of Engineering, Head of Manufacturing and Head of Finance) e.g. in the following aspects:
  • Calendar management
  • Travel arrangements and reimbursements
  • Meeting arrangements/management of meeting requests with all other departments
  • Booking of office space for team meetings
  • Recording and preparing minutes of the monthly STO Quality Assurance team call
  • Point of contact for new joiners, to meet & greet, acting as “buddy” and supporting with their set up in the respective areas, general questions, desk assignment and IT hardware
  • Collect, store and maintain all auditable documentation as per Sandoz Internal Standards including job profiles and organization charts
  • Update and collect slide decks for the Quality Leadership Team, as well as quarterly Balcony meetings/calls, and take meeting minutes when required; support with meeting agenda
  • Maintain the STO Quality Assurance Sharepoint (single point of contact for granting access, maintaining folders and uploading new files for monthly performance, communication and collaboration)
